Quality For

Generations

The seeds of Dutch Industries were sown in the early 1930s, in Holland. Here, a hardworking newlywed, by the name of Pieter Cruson, started a traditional blacksmith workshop. Cruson was granted permission to immigrate to Canada in 1950 and, in 1952, Dutch Blacksmith Shop put down roots in Regina, Saskatchewan. Cruson made the pivotal decision to provide quality steel products to local farmers and businessmen. This vision was to grow into Dutch Industries. Today, Dutch is still growing.

Eventually, Cruson passed the business on to his son, who took it to the next level. Now, the third generation of sons are preparing to take Dutch Industries even further. We believe our plans for growth will greatly impress you.

Today, Dutch Industries has over 70 years of experience in Canada, technologically-advanced equipment, and a 74,000 square foot facility. Dutch continues Pieter Cruson’s proud tradition, serving a growing list of agricultural and industrial customers, from over 11 countries, on six continents.
